Update: To help reduce the spread of COVID-19, we ask for customers to please have exact payment ready or arrange to pay with VISA/Mastercard when you place your order with the Order Desk.

ALERT: At Better Meals, we're closely monitoring the latest developments regarding the COVID-19. The health and safety of our entire community is our top priority.

That's why we'll be making some changes to our delivery process to ensure we're operating safely with minimal disruption to service.

Effective immediately and into the forseeable future, drivers will bring orders to your door but will not enter your home (unless absolutely necessary due to customer limitations). Your driver will notify you of their arrival by knocking, ringing the doorbell, or buzzing at the entrance. Please have your payment ready, or arrange to pay with VISA/Mastercard (no debit) when you place your order with the Order Desk.

Clarification: To those living in apartments or condominiums, your driver will bring your meals up to your unit/suite door. Customers do not need to retrieve their meals in the lobby or outside the building. Drivers will not be entering any units/suites unless absolutely necessary due to customer limiatations. It is imperataive that we work together to reduce the risk of the virus so we can continue providing meals safely to the community.
